Senior Project Manager - Technology

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager - Technology for a qualified consulting assignment with one of Sweden's largest organizations in logistics and critical infrastructure. The assignment is located within a technical organization responsible for development, automation, procurement, and management of production equipment in a nationwide network.

As a senior project manager, you will play a key role in driving larger technical development and change projects in an environment characterized by high pace, complex stakeholder landscapes, and large investment volumes.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

Driving and leading larger technical development and automation projects
Working with process development and requirements specification of machines and technical equipment
Developing business cases, decision support, and pilot studies
Participating in and driving technical procurements and the introduction of new technology
Working on upgrades of existing machinery and production equipment
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Participating in technical forums, councils, and networks
The assignment involves travel, mainly within Sweden but also internationally as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this assignment, we see that you have:

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent technical competence acquired through experience
Several years of experience in project management of larger technical projects
Solid experience in automation projects and technical procurements
Specialist competence in, for example:

production technology
machine systems
sorting or logistics systems
technical infrastructure

Project management training/certification (IPMA, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Good understanding of IT and development methodology (e.g., SAFe)
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
